Security System Management Software

YELLOW

A security system management and visualisation platform that integrates voice alarm, public address, fire alarm, access control and building automation into a single operator interface. Designed for client-server networks, with cluster support for multi-site monitoring centres.

Visualisation is delivered as classic object-oriented graphics, vector technology, or a web browser front-end. Operators interact with live device statuses on pre-defined views — adapted to the facility — and trigger control actions across every connected subsystem.

System Overview

Key Features

Object-Oriented Visualisation

Classic object technology, vector graphics, and web-browser views. Drop device icons onto pre-defined graphic panels; icons reflect live device statuses in real time.

Multi-Site Cluster Support

Manage multiple buildings from a single workstation, or operate distributed local monitoring centres alongside a global control centre using cluster technology.

Automatic Alarm Location

On any alarm event the operator is automatically taken to the relevant site view — with fault detection, irregularity reporting and full event logging across all integrated subsystems.

Up to 8 Monitors / 4 Operators

A single workstation supports up to 8 monitors driven by 4 operators concurrently, with all configuration and event data shared live across every networked workstation.

Capabilities

Functional Features

» Activation of virtual and local control inputs in MULTIVES / miniVES

» Visualisation of statuses: virtual outputs, zones, group zones, system statuses

» Dynamic activation matrixes — select source → zone or group of zones

» Static activation matrixes

» Activation of evacuation mode on MULTIVES / miniVES

» Identification of playing sources in all visualised zones

» Volume control on a per-zone basis

» Visualisation of many independent systems and objects

» TCP/IP, UDP, RS232 and RS485 interfaces supported

» Automatic presentation of alarm location on event

» Detection of faults and irregularities in integrated systems

» Logging of events: alarms, operator actions, system events

» SNMP and OPC protocols available for third-party integration

» Oracle-type databases for configuration and event storage

Integration

Integrated Subsystems

YELLOW unifies five distinct subsystem families into a single operator workspace, with a shared SQL backend storing configuration and live events.

Applications

Typical Applications

Shopping Malls & Offices
A single operator manages PA/VA, fire detection and access control across multiple floors and tenant zones from one workstation, with role-based views per operator.
Single-site or multi-tenant
Military & Industrial Sites
Cluster technology supports a global control centre alongside autonomous local monitoring centres. Local sites continue to operate during WAN outages.
Cluster & client-server
Transport & Critical Infrastructure
Web-browser views allow remote oversight, while operator workstations on-site retain full control. SNMP and OPC bridges connect to external SCADA and BMS platforms.

YELLOW Integration Architecture

YELLOW workstations connect to a shared SQL backend over the building network. Web clients access the same data through a browser.
All five subsystem families (Speakers, PA/VES, FAS, ACS, PA/VA) are presented through a unified visualisation layer.
